SHIPPING COSTS

Worldwide free shipping is available for orders over $85 CAD. Our flat rate shipping is $10.90 CAD for all other orders.

Our orders are fulfilled in facilities within and outside of Canada, so import tax, duties, or customs fees can sometimes apply to your order. We're not able to estimate and we do not cover these fees, if applicable. 

DELIVERY TIME

Since all of our products are made to order, fulfillment starts once you place your order and can take 2-7 business days. The estimated shipping time from there is 5-15 days depending on your location. Parts of your order may also be shipped separately.

We are experiencing delays in both fulfillment and shipping due to COVID-19 that may affect your order. We appreciate your patience. The tracking number emailed to you once your order ships out will always have the most up-to-date shipping information. You can contact us anytime if you have questions about your order.
